Grocery Store Observation

Beverages:
In the beverage aisle, there’s fruit punch & some different types of sodas (cola, fruit, cream, etc.) in a couple of sizes of plastic bottles, in cans in cardboard boxes, & in glass bottles (some grouped in cardboard holders), some energy drinks mostly in cans, some flavored & sparkling water in bottles & cans, and water in individual plastic bottles, in plastic gallons, & in plastic bottles packaged together in plastic wrap. Depending on the type (and popularity) of the drink, I’d estimate that there were 3-7 different brands of each with maybe 4-7 flavors. I’d estimate that there were probably around 40-100 items per brand on average (again, based on its popularity) with some outliers. I think there were probably around 350 bottles & boxes of cans of regular Coke alone.

Nearby Store:
There is a Big Lots in the same lot /complex as the Kroger I went to (in Blue Ash). There’s a sidewalk that passes /connects the store fronts in the lot. The walk from Kroger to Big Lots is only a few minutes.
